ABOUT

Anthony "Tony" Tran is a Canadian actor, writer, and comedian.

Born and raised in Toronto, he has been encouraged to pursue the arts, with a focus of raising awareness of queer Asian representation.

His personal organization, Starfruit Projectsaims to create a space, and voice to share the experiences of the intersections of Asian queerness in Toronto, with its first stageplay, Queens, coming to life at Tarragon Theatre with its staged reading in September 2019.

Aside from acting and writing, he thoroughly enjoys gardening, albeit he's not really good at it. This year, he has successfully grown some lovely royal carpet flowers
